I have NO idea how I got so lucky, but I'll be at the Salon as a panelist, tasting and judging more chocolate than I've ever consumed at one time. It's quite a challenge, but I think I'm up for it. Won't you join me?

both are pretty hard to come by; a chocolate bouchon or white chocolate lemon bark. But if I had to choose one, the bouchon for sure.

A dark chocolate bar usually does it for me, complex and unadulterated, at least 80% quells my craving. That or a really good fudgy brownie : )
Ooh, many chocolate desserts stick out in my mind, but the most recent amazing one was the chocolate-covered bacon at the LA County Fair. Or does that only count as a snack?

Darn someone already said chocolate lava cake...that is my fave. Ok second runner up is dark chocolate toffee covered matzo.
